Job Description

Location: Central area

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle mailbox survey submissions, feedback, and requests from survey respondents within stipulated turnaround time.
  2. Ensure consistent and detailed case notes are updated in the system after each liaison with respondents.
  3. Responsible for inter-department liaison for correct assignment of respondents to the parties responsible.
  4. Ensure prompt follow-up for survey cases under pending status.
  5. Provide accurate daily reports on mailbox activities for the day to relevant stakeholders.
  6. Ensure all potential/actual complaints are acted upon within stipulated timelines.

Requirements:

  1. Singaporean
  2. At least Diploma or above
  3. At least 2 years of relevant customer service and emailing experience
