Electronic Manager ( Security Industry | Jurong East | AWS VB) [CM|EG]

• Salary up to $6500
• Monday to Friday (830am to 530pm)
• Location: Jurong East HQ (Need client visit)
• AWS + VB

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage a team of technical professionals (project and system engineers).
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members based on their skills and expertise.
• Establish clear communication channels within the team.
• Ensure that team members are kept informed about project updates, organization changes, and any other relevant information.

Requirements

• Class 3 License
• At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in the Security Industry, managing a group of 5 or more engineers.
