Our Training & Simulation Systems business has close to 40 years of experience in delivering innovative learning, training, and simulation solutions to customers in the defence, public safety and security, and enterprise domains. We are looking for someone who is passionate and motivated to excel and deliver. The Electrical System Engineer / Senior Engineer plays a critical role at the front-line of Training Systems, providing maintenance, operation and training support to our customer. It is committed to upkeep the training system at its highest state of operational system availability and readiness, so as to optimise training outcomes and experience for learners.

Be Part of Our Success

• Work independently and/or as a team to carry out scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) and ad-hoc Corrective Maintenance (CM) for Training Systems in military bases/environment.
• Assist site Maintenance Lead on daily maintenance matters.
• Assist and support customers during their training sessions.
• Liaise with sub-contractors for maintenance works.
• Maintain quality process and documentation in maintenance works.

Qualities We Value

• Possesses knowledge and at least 3- 5 years of relevant experience in performing preventive maintenance tasks and troubleshooting maritime platform systems such as electrical switchboard, air distribution, cooling systems, steering and propulsion systems.
• Familiar with safety requirements when working in a workshop, and the applicable the Workplace Safety and Health regulations.
• Good to have certification in IT Network / Computer Engineering / Electronics.
• Good to have knowledge of IT equipment and network, Electronics / Electrical issues, IT System administration & configuration, Computer / Server System Backup / Recovery, Network Configuration and Windows Operating System (OS) hardening and security patches update etc.
• Able to station and work in naval base/environment.
