Conduct site inspections and audits to verify compliance with EMA (Energy Market Authority) guidelines.
Prepare tender documents, BOQs, and cost estimates.
Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor project expenditures and manage variations/claims.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure seamless handover.
Qualifications and Skills
Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field.
2 to 4 years of experience in electrical systems engineering or technical support, ideally in energy storage, battery systems, power conversion systems or related fields.
Good interest and understanding of battery systems, energy storage technologies, electrical integration, Electromagnetic Interference with a focus on optimizing overall system performance.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical schematics, knowledge of battery technologies (lithium-ion, NMC, LFP etc.), and experience in system-level troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical engineers, software teams, and project managers.
Strong data analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve system issues quickly, with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement in battery systems and ensure close loop feedback with design team.
