Electrical Maintenance Supervisor (MNC)

Job Summary:

• Located at Sembawang

• 5 Days (8.00AM to 5.30PM)

• Basic up to $4,500

• AWS + VB

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery.

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of electrical infrastructure.

• Manage a team of electricians and implement preventive maintenance programs.

• Lead and guide electricians, assign tasks, and monitor progress.

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and replacement of electrical systems.

• Identify and resolve electrical issues using diagnostic tools.

• Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and conduct safety audits.

• Work closely with production teams and engineers to align maintenance activities with business goals.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and provide reports to management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Polytechnic degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Valid electrical licenses (e.g., WSH).

• Minimum 5 years in electrical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Expertise in electrical systems, PLC control, instrumentation, sensors, and safety protocols.

• Strong ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and communicate effectively.
