Electrical Engineer x 1

• Supervision of Electrical Equipment testing and commissioning at site
• Review and submission of site acceptance test reports.
• Review Single Line Diagrams and Electrical Schematic Drawings.
• Assist in Electrical Equipment Installation Inspections.
• Attend Site Activities and Meetings involving clients and contractors.
• Undertake tasks / assignments as and when directed by the Commissioning Lead.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/ Mechatronic Engineering.
• Minimum 2 Years in the related field and understand Singapore regulatory.
• Experience in MV / LV Electrical Equipment (Site Installation, Testing and Commissioning).

Project Engineer x 1

• Liaise with Client/Consultant/Contractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignments.
• Report and monitor the progress of the project to the Project Manager.
• Supervise works in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, installations/T&C check sheets, work progress reports and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on preparation and submission of shop drawings.
• Coordinate/prepare technical submissions with suppliers/subcontractors.
• Assist in negotiating the procurement of materials, equipment, and labour in accordance with budget.
• Meet with various stakeholders to resolve technical/site issues.
• Work with stakeholders on shop drawings/equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements, and commissioning.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in working at Data Center or in DFMA environment.
• Familiar with VAV / VRV / cooling tower / Chillers / chilled water pipe / A&A works.
• Familiar with retrofit / renovation / lighting control / BMS.
