Electrical Engineer x 1

1. Supervision of Electrical Equipment testing and commissioning at site
2. Review and submission of site acceptance test reports.
3. Review Single Line Diagrams and Electrical Schematic Drawings.
4. Assist in Electrical Equipment Installation Inspections.
5. Attend Site Activities and Meetings involving clients and contractors.
6. Undertake tasks / assignments as and when directed by the Commissioning Lead.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Diploma/Degree in Electrical/ Mechatronic Engineering.
2. Minimum 2 Years in the related field and understand Singapore regulatory requirements.
3. Experience in MV / LV Electrical Equipment (Site Installation, Testing and Commissioning).

Project Engineer x 1

1. Liaise with Client/Consultant/Contractors to ensure efficient and timely delivery of assignments.
2. Report and monitor the progress of the project to the Project Manager.
3. Supervise works in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
4. Prepare method statements, shop drawings, installations / T&C check sheets, work progress reports, and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams.
5. Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on preparation and submission of shop drawings.
6. Coordinate / prepare technical submissions with suppliers / subcontractors.
7. Assist in negotiating for materials, equipment, and labour in accordance with the budget.
8. Meet with various stakeholders to resolve technical / site issues.
9. Work with stakeholders on shop drawings/equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements, and commissioning.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Experience in working at Data Center or in DFMA environment.
3. Familiar with VAV / VRV / cooling tower / Chillers / chilled water pipe / A&A works.
4. Familiar with retrofit / renovation / lighting control / BMS.
