Responsibilities:
· Deliver professional and high-quality service experience.
· Proactively identify customers’ needs and attend to their feedback and challenges in a professional manner.
· Drive efforts to improve operational processes and systems to increase customer satisfaction.
· Work closely with the Enrolment team and provide regular feedback and insights to increase enrolment and retain students.
· Conduct administrative and operational tasks.
· Ensure proper check-in management is practised at the centres.
· Assist with crowd management during peak periods.
· Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.
Requirements:
· At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in operations and customer service
· Excellent command of spoken and written English
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Highly motivated and positive-minded
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Required to work on one weekend per week (either Sat or Sun)
· Prior experience in the private education industry would be an added advantage
