Regional Total Rewards Business Partner, SEAO

Position Summary
This role will support the design, communication, implementation, and administration of Total Rewards programs and contributes to Samsung SEAO in delivering total rewards initiatives and solutions. Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation and benefits (C&B) analysis, interpret data and assess internal and external equity for Singapore and at SEAO level.
• Evaluate current C&B programs and processes and recommend optimization.
• Administer compensation programs and initiatives, including annual rewards cycle and all C&B related programs.
• Prepare salary package proposals for employees in Singapore and review packages for the rest of SEAO countries as needed.
• Support the design and delivery of compensation and benefits programs.
• Participate in surveys and support in pay band development.
• Perform other duties and contribute to rewards projects as needed.
• Manage C&B related HRIS (Workday) modules.
• Communicate with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues.
• Collaborate closely with the HR team in SEAO on all rewards matters.

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in any related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably at a regional level.
• Good understanding and knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, regulations and compliance requirements, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate compensation-related information to HR, management, and employees.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products and working knowledge of Workday and Mercer data.
