Finance Director

We are looking for a Finance Director to oversee the financial operations of our client's company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial health, compliance, and strategic planning in the fast-paced Web3 space.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and oversee financial strategies, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
2. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
3. Monitor and optimize the company’s financial performance, cash flow, and liquidity.
4. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
6. Support fundraising activities and investor relations, if applicable.
7. Lead and develop the finance team to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred.
2. 8+ years of financial experience, with a strong background in Web3, blockchain, or fintech.
3. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations in Singapore and international markets.
4. Proven experience in managing complex financial operations.
5. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
6. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
