Senior HR Manager/HR Manager
Role Overview:
Due to business needs, we are looking for a results-driven HR professional with a strong generalist background and expertise in Talent Management and Learning & Development (L&D). Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will drive a high-performance culture, foster workforce growth and engagement, and serve as a business partner. The incumbent will oversee core HR functions and implement HR strategies across our regional markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam).
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, build and rollout HR practices with organizational goals to drive growth and success.
- Provide and execute on HR insights by understanding the business internally and its macro environment.
Performance Management and Talent Management
- Design, build and get buy ins to update/implement performance management, talent reviews and succession planning to drive organisation performance and leadership continuity
- Enhance employee engagement and retention through career development initiatives.
Learning and Development
- Design, enable and utilise competency matrices and/or Training Needs Analysis to enhance employee skills from identified baselines and align competencies as per business needs.
Team Management
- Lead and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Manage office operations to maintain seamless processes and operational efficiency.
HR Operations
- Streamline and optimize HR systems, processes, laws to enhance operational effectiveness and ensure compliance.
- Ensure accurate record management to mitigate risks and maintain organizational integrity.
Talent Acquisition
- Where needed, collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop strategies that attract top talent and support business growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Advanced HR certification is a plus)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR with a strong generalist background
- Proven ability to design and execute HR programs and lead teams effectively.
- Proven track record to influence, engage and convince stakeholders at all levels and has a passion for employee engagement
