Executive (Quantitative Research)

Job Description:

1. Design and manage data tools
2. Development of new data collection methods
3. Improve existing design of survey interfaces
4. Scripting of survey questionnaires with logic implementation
5. Studying of surveying software and development of new scripts
6. Processing of research data using software with syntaxes and codes
7. Design quantitative sampling based on client requirements
8. Monitor quantitative fieldwork and adhere to project schedules/deadlines
9. Perform coding of open-ended (free text response) answers where required
10. Quality check and audit survey implementation to ensure accuracy of results
11. Create highly actionable and digestible reports in PowerPoint

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Science, Computing, or any numerical fields
2. Strong appetite for learning new data tools
3. Openness to change and innovation
4. Familiarity with Python preferred
5. Basic competency in SPSS, R, data visualization tools preferred
6. Knowledge in any survey software is an added advantage
7. Able to work with ambiguity and perform under pressure
8. High levels of precision at work
