Job description:

The Airside Concessions Planning & Leasing team is responsible for enhancing the competitiveness of Changi Airport retail, F&B and services businesses and make Changi Airport a leading duty-free shopping destination acclaimed for innovation and exceptional shopping experience. The team strives to continuously improve and enhance the retail mix in our Transit Malls, market all the available outlets, as well as execute terminal development and enhancement projects.

This is an exciting and challenging role within the Airside Concessions Planning & Leasing team, where the candidate will manage the planning & leasing of a portfolio of airside concession categories. The candidate can also expect to be involved in projects such as asset enhancement and business analysis. This position will expose the candidate to a wide spectrum of the airside concession business and hone his/her business, negotiation, logical and analytical skills.

You will report to a leasing Team Lead and manage a portfolio of airside concessions. The role will include:

  • Developing leasing strategies and plans
  • Marketing concession spaces
  • Cultivating and building good relationships with tenants and prospects
  • Executing leasing exercises and managing lease negotiations
  • Analysing and evaluating proposals
  • Making presentations to and seeking approvals from Management

Job Requirements:

  • Good Degree from reputable universities, preferably in Accountancy/Business/Economics/Finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Keen eye for detail, driven, resourceful, analytical and assertive
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
  • Passion for and interest in retail and F&B
