Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, providing guidance on policies and procedures, and managing conflict resolution when necessary.
Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, including facilitating performance reviews and tracking employee progress.
Compensation & Benefits: Support the administration of employee benefits, payroll coordination, and leave management to ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.
Learning & Development: Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
HR Policy Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with local employment laws and regulations and are aligned with company policies.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points where necessary.
Event Management: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, staff welfare programs, and team-building activities.
