Scrum Master

We are hiring a Scrum Master to work with our Global IT Consulting client. This is a long-term contract position open for a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

• Foster Agile transformation within organizations.
• Implement agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Influence and motivate team members and stakeholders.
• Configure agile boards, manage backlogs, and generate reports using agile project management tools like Jira.
• Adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with the Defence Strategic Framework, Defence Capability Life Cycle, and related governance requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Certified Scrum Master certification or equivalent agile certifications.
• Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master or Agile coach.
• Deep understanding of agile principles, values, and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
