QA Engineer | Precision Engineering | JIAW (ID: 662325)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the quality management of machined products to ensure product quality.
2. Ensure that our internal management systems are well defined and relevant in meeting international standards and customer requirements.
3. Lead and monitor the QMS including ISO9001 & ISO 14001 quality system certification and promote continuous improvement.
4. Lead the quality team to implement quality inspection and control, and manage non-conforming products.
5. Participate in supplier evaluation and management to ensure the quality of raw materials and purchased parts.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
2. At least 3 years of quality management experience in the machining industry.
3. Proficient in using office software and Minitab statistical analysis software, with knowledge and skills in Six Sigma quality management, e.g., SPC tools & 8D reports.
4. Strong knowledge and experience in leading ISO9001 & ISO 14001 quality system certification.
