Audit Manager (Fintech)

Job Description:

Our client is a leading fintech company (MNC) and they are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Audit Manager to oversee internal audit functions, ensuring compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will lead audit engagements, assess financial controls, and provide recommendations to enhance governance and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute audit plans to evaluate financial, operational, and compliance risks.
• Lead internal audit engagements, ensuring thorough risk assessment and control evaluation.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and potential risks, providing recommendations for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business units to enhance internal control frameworks.
• Prepare and present audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and action plans.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
• Mentor and guide audit team members to ensure high-quality audit execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CIA, or ACCA certification preferred.
• Minimum 6-8 years of audit experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, risk management, and internal controls.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and operational audits.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
