The Channel Operations Executive is responsible for providing administrative support in live streaming and new media projects. This includes managing project plans, coordinating internal and external teams, and assisting in marketing activities to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor live broadcasts to ensure a smooth experience, aiming to increase viewer engagement, likes, gifts, and interaction between mentors and viewers.
Collect and analyze key data such as live broadcast statistics, subscription changes, and gift income, and implement measures to optimize performance.
Create promotional videos and edit/upload content as required.
Manage online groups on the company’s platform to foster community engagement.
Assist with online sales activities and other related tasks.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Proficient in video and image editing tools (e.g., Jianying, Photoshop).
Strong team player with a goal-oriented mindset, particularly in achieving sales and engagement targets.
Creative and enthusiastic about the financial and investment industry.
