Senior Building Engineer (Healthcare Facilities)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the performance of outsourced maintenance service providers for civil and building systems, ensuring functionality and serviceability at all times.
2. Audit and monitor the service standards of specialist vendors and outsourced maintenance providers.
3. Support the Head of Department and Building Managers in capital replacements, system upgrades, and building improvement projects.
4. Coordinate and support the company's projects and minor works.
5. Plan and oversee upgrades and improvements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
2. At least 3-4 years of experience in similar settings (civil & buildings).
