M&E Construction Engineer | AMK | Up to $5000 #5252

• Contract (renewable/convertible)
• Up to $5000 + Bonus
• Ang Mo Kio
• Monday to Friday (office hours)

Job Descriptions:

• Report to the Project Manager and is responsible to work with the project team to support the fulfilment of contract obligations within timeline, cost, and scope.
• Manage and oversee project activities on site, documentation, and subcontractor matters.
• Develop project schedule and work breakdown structures in accordance with contract requirement for timely project delivery.
• Project coordination with stakeholders to drive execution of project activities for delivery by completion date.
• Coordinate for timely submission of material and drawings for approval accordance to schedule.
• Responsible to coordinate the performance of integrated tests leading to successful users’ acceptance tests.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skills, strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Min 3 years’ experience in Green field construction industry (Main Contractor M&E or M&E subcontractor), or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Project Management, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, IT Networking would be added advantage.
• Able to perform work independently and as team player.
