JOB DESCRIPTION

Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement scalable marketing strategies from inception to growth.
  • Acquisition Planning: Develop ROI-driven user acquisition strategies across digital channels within budget constraints.
  • Engagement Campaigns: Craft comprehensive campaigns to enhance user engagement and communication.
  • Brand Development: Establish competitive brand positioning and narrative in the travel tech industry.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and guide a regional marketing team to execute strategies effectively.

Performance Marketing

  • Campaign Design: Create targeted campaigns for key traveler segments using channels like Google Ads, social media, influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, and metasearch.
  • Retention Strategies: Develop user retention tactics through integrated campaigns, email marketing, referral programs, and other engagement methods.
  • Optimization: Track and optimize key metrics (CPC, CPI, CPA, CTR) to achieve growth within ROI constraints.
  • Analytics: Implement advanced tracking models, manage marketing dashboards, and deliver regular performance reports.

Cross-Team Collaboration & Operations

  • Tech Integration: Collaborate with product and tech teams to integrate marketing technology and sophisticated tracking systems.
  • Operational Excellence: Work with finance, legal, and operations teams to streamline processes.
  • Partnerships: Forge strategic partnerships within the travel ecosystem.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Over 7 years of marketing expertise in digital platforms, travel technology, or high-growth startups.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the travel industry and its dynamics.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to scale user acquisition, develop marketing strategies from scratch, and manage performance marketing budgets effectively.
  • Analytical & Creative: Exceptional skills in data analysis and innovative problem-solving.
  • Leadership: Strong communication and leadership abilities to inspire and guide teams.
  • Project Management: Skilled in managing projects within multicultural environments.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Startup experience preferred, with a focus on agility and innovation.
