Job description
This position is for Great World Serviced Apartments, a company under Allgreen Properties Ltd.
Responsibilities:
Administration duties:
Compile monthly miscellaneous charges such as newspapers, laundry, car parking, etc.
Prepare monthly report for resident’s birthday cake/gift.
Apartments:
Raise job requests via FCS1 for defects reported by residents and staff.
Conduct apartment site inspection during weekends, public holidays, and after office hours.
Front Office & Cashiering duties:
Perform check-in and check-out activities.
Perform cashiering duties which include but are not limited to receiving payment from residents, posting of payment transactions and miscellaneous charges in PMS.
Prepare relevant forms and keycards for arriving residents.
Residents’ Matters:
Assist with facilities booking requests.
Plan and execute monthly resident’s activities.
Assist with residents’ requests and complaints promptly.
Provide residents with information on in-house facilities, services, and special events as required.
Others:
Assist with ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned by Duty Managers and/or Guest Services Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in hotel/serviced apartments/customer service
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
Any 5 days work week including weekends and public holidays
