Job description
  • Up to $8000, Permanent Role with AWS and Variable Bonus
  • MNC Chemical Manufacturing Company located at West
  • Business Travel Required to Asia Regions (China, India, Japan, Korea, Thailand and Indonesia)
  • Experiences in managing regional L&D training portfolio is required
  • Proven experience in conducting coaching programs, ideally certified coach

Responsibilities:

  • Internal Communication: Engage regularly with Regional HR Director, Talent Manager, line managers, and executives to communicate L&D initiatives through email, written reports, and presentations.
  • L&D Needs Assessment and Delivery: Advise and support line managers in identifying L&D needs through job analysis and appraisals, then develop and implement group-based training solutions, monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Budgeting and Cost Monitoring: Advise on annual L&D budget needs and monitor expenses to ensure cost efficiency within the Regional HR department.
  • Training Schedule and Global Integration: Plan a 12-month regional training schedule, incorporating global L&D initiatives as directed, with flexibility to address evolving business needs.
  • Performance Coaching and External Collaboration: Guide line managers in performance improvement through training and collaborate with external training providers to enhance skill and management development programs.
  • Graduate Program and Continuous Improvement: Oversee L&D for the regional graduate trainee program, stay updated on L&D advancements, and ensure L&D processes meet internal and external compliance expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in related field or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in learning and development portfolio
  • Proven experience in conducting coaching programs, ideally certified coach
  • Strong background in varied training concepts and knowledge for corporate managers/ leaders e.g. Strategic Business Storytelling.
  • Experiences in partnering with external training vendors, conducting / facilitating L&D workshops on internal corporate training programs e.g. Graduate Trainee Program, Leadership Program etc.
  • Experience working directly with regional stakeholders and ideally from MNC backgrounds
  • Business travel required ~15% to Asia regions
