Locum Homecare Staff Nurse (UP TO $30/hr) #HJO

Job Scope:

• To perform home visits to chronic ill/palliative patients who are being referred.
• To perform nursing assessment on the patient.
• To coordinate with doctor for medical assessment and follow-up visits to the patient.
• To monitor current medication and compliance as prescribed by the doctor.
• To perform nursing procedures such as wound dressing, insertion of urine catheter, insertion of naso-gastric tube, and care of tubings as required.
• To initiate nursing care plan and implement new measures of management.
• To educate caregivers/families on basic nursing procedures to ensure continuation of care at home.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in homecare.
• Able to start work immediately.
