Our Client is a Powder Coating Company

Jobscope :

A silkscreen operator, also known as a screen printing machine operator, is responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials, ensuring designs are accurately transferred onto various surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Setting up and Operating Equipment: Prepare the screen printing press, load materials, and adjust machine settings to meet specific client specifications.
2. Preparing Stencils: Create and apply stencils on the mesh screen, ensuring accurate design placement.
3. Mixing and Loading Inks: Prepare and load the appropriate inks for printing, ensuring color accuracy and quality.
4. Monitoring Production: Oversee the printing process, identifying and addressing any potential issues to maintain quality and efficiency.
5. Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on printed materials, ensuring color accuracy, registration, and overall print quality.
6. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot problems as they arise and perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks on printers to ensure optimal performance.
7. Following Instructions: Interpret and understand digital design files, and follow instructions to ensure accurate print production.
8. Working with a Team: Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet client specifications.

Note :

*Salary will depend on candidate qualifications and experience.

**Variable Bonus is not fixed, is subject to company performance and candidate performance.
