Senior Spare Parts Coordinator

Drilling Lifecycle Services (DLS) Spare Part Sales Role

• Monitor & manage major DLS accounts assigned by DLS Spare Parts Manager.
• Provide Updates to Service Account Managers on rig-related spare part issues.
• Handles DLS Spare Parts Customer Satisfaction Assessments (CSA) with assigned DLS accounts.
• Generate quotations and process sales orders in accordance to QA163.
• Expedite delivery status when necessary on Procurement Department.
• Coordinate deliveries & collections with various vendors & hubs.
• Assist sourcing of local/regional OEM spare parts for sales with technical clarifications.
• Provide regular feedback on technical, service quality and commercial issues raised by customer to the DLS Spare Parts Manager.

Delivery Role

• Manage and generates all sales and delivery reports for the department.
• Coordinate with logistics department on delivery issues.
• Organise and expedite outstanding deliveries and provides list of customers acceptable for partial deliveries to be processed by logistics department.
• Monitor and highlight key delivery problems in the department and reports to Spare Parts Manager.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in Engineering / Business with relevant work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience from the oil and gas industry and technical experience is essential.
• Fluent in the English language, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Mandarin and other languages will be an advantage.
• Competent in SAP.
• Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities.
• Strong interpersonal understanding with an awareness of different cultures within the customer base, team and organisation.
• Good communication skills with the ability to communicate on all levels.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
