Job description:


Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop a sales & marketing channel strategy, which includes driving new partners acquisition in-markets.
  2. Grow and retain existing accounts, set targets for sales, present new products to partners and enhance existing relationships.
  3. Ensure the portfolio assigned meets its revenue and attendance targets for the resort.
  4. Prospect for potential new in-market business partners and turn this into increased business.
  5. Work cross-functionally and ensure constant communications and calibration between internal business units to launch new initiatives/promotional campaigns.
  6. Timely & accurate execution of pricing changes via the channel managers.
  7. Admin duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  1. General Degree or Diploma with strong commercial acumen.
  2. At least 3-5 years of sales, marketing, or commercial experience.
  3. Strong knowledge of tourism and attractions industry in a similar role will be an advantage.
  4. Prior experience of working with Travel Agents will be an advantage.
  5. IT savvy & digitally versatile, with a keen interest in the constantly evolving consumer buying behaviors.
  6. Team player and able to work with various stakeholders.
  7. Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  8. Highly numerate, adaptable, and goals-driven individual.
  9. Open to travel.
