Accounts Assistant
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Creating and filing accounting documents.
- Performing data entry.
- Submitting E-invoices to selected customers' platform & emailing E-invoices to customers.
- Processing invoices, ensuring they are accurate and match with purchase orders.
- Assisting with vendor payments, checking monthly supplier statements and reconciliation.
- Reviewing and verifying employee expense claims, ensuring the proper documentation and receipts are provided.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by senior.
Requirements:
- Possess O/A-levels, Diploma, or Nitec in Accountancy.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work independently.
- 5.5 days work week (Mon - Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm, Sat: 8.30am-12.30pm)
