Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and filing accounting documents.
  • Performing data entry.
  • Submitting E-invoices to selected customers' platform & emailing E-invoices to customers.
  • Processing invoices, ensuring they are accurate and match with purchase orders.
  • Assisting with vendor payments, checking monthly supplier statements and reconciliation.
  • Reviewing and verifying employee expense claims, ensuring the proper documentation and receipts are provided.
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by senior.

Requirements:

  • Possess O/A-levels, Diploma, or Nitec in Accountancy.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Able to work independently.
  • 5.5 days work week (Mon - Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm, Sat: 8.30am-12.30pm)
