Are you an experienced investment professional with a passion for driving impactful deals and shaping strategies? Our client, a fast-growing emerging manager, is looking for a Senior Manager to join their elite investment team. Industry: Private Debt

About the Role:
Join a dynamic and high-caliber team working on groundbreaking deals. This role offers the chance to lead end-to-end deal processes, from sourcing to execution, and to play a key role in shaping the firm's growth and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive deal screening, structuring, due diligence, and execution.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders and management to negotiate and finalize deals.
3. Perform comprehensive industry, business, legal, and financial analyses.
4. Prepare investment committee recommendations and internal reports.
5. Oversee post-investment management, reporting, and monitoring.
6. Engage with investors and support due diligence activities.

Requirements:

1. 5–8 years of experience in private equity or private debt.
2. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a solid grasp of corporate finance and markets.
3. Proven ability to manage deal processes independently in a high-paced environment.
