Interior Designer (intermediate)

• Assisting team leader in his/her duties;
• Concept proposal, using sketch up, 3D rendering or traditional drawing methods;
• Design development;
• Conceptualizing and preparing tender detailing;
• Coordinating with the project team for the actualization of design intent and concept;
• Managing the work of junior staff/direct reports;
• Motivating team members.

• A strong passion for architecture, interior architecture, and interior design;
• Good knowledge in selection of colors and materials;
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, and PowerPoint;
• Relish working in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
