Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team at ICF INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role in managing the financial aspects of marine projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
• Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitoring project progress and costs, and providing regular reports to stakeholders
• Identifying and resolving any cost-related issues that arise during the construction process
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
• Providing technical support and advice to the project team

What we're looking for

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction cost estimating, contract management, and project control
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and other relevant tools
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
