Quantity Surveyor - CONSTRUCTION (Salary up to SGD$2.8K)

Job Description:

• Salary up to SGD$2,800

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the identification of clients' needs.
• Preparing and analysing project costings for tenders.
• Preparing tender and contract documents with the client and/or architect, including bills for quantities.
• Performing quantity take-off for tender projects based on the set timeline.
• Negotiating contracts and work schedules.
• Assigning work to subcontractors.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related field.
• At least 1 year of quantity surveying working experience.
• Quantity Surveying graduates with no experience are welcome to apply.
