[GOVT] Admin Executive (Contract / Social Service) – JL

Working Location: Islandwide
Contract Duration: Up to 12 Months Contract
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic Salary: Up to $2,980 per month

Background:
This is a generic job posting for Entry Level applicants who are interested in a role within the Social Service sector. More details will be furnished during the screening process.

Responsibilities:

• Fixed Asset Accounting (Finance): Fixed Asset Management, supporting in year-end audit, and donated funds management.
• Audit Administration (Admin): Checking of documents, preparation and verification of data and audit reports, collation of forms.
• General Administration: Coordination of meetings, minutes taking, tracking of returns, data entry, etc.
• Training Administration: Support in Course Administration, designing of electronic digital mailers, data collation and analysis, organising focus group discussions.
• IT System Administration (IT): Assist in managing account and compliance matters for systems, support in tech refresh and major system enhancements.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Early Childhood Education / Accounting or other relevant disciplines.
• Immediate starters are preferred (not serving any notice period).
• Entry Level applicants with interest in the Social Service sector are welcomed to apply.
