Senior Sales Associate / Sales Associate

SALES ACHIEVEMENT:

• Actively strive to achieve sales targets, and use sales skills and quality service to improve sales performance.
• Provide guests with detailed brand and product introduction.
• After completion of the sale, follow up the follow-up details in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction with the brand and product.
• Strictly comply with the company's relevant sales rules and procedures.
• Maintain constant attention and interest in fashion lifestyle and market trends.

OPERATION SUPPORT:

• Keep the store environment and goods clean, displayed and stocked.
• Assist warehouse and store in product maintenance and inventory arrangement.
• Assist with all inventory, transfer, receiving procedures and all paperwork related to transfer/receiving procedures.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

• Provide excellent service to our guests.
• Make full use of store customer information, establish and maintain positive communication and contact with customers.
• Solve all customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively, and continuously improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.
• Execute POS system processes correctly.
• Follow all work plans, including attendance and professional appearance guidelines at all times and project a brand image.
• Attend all relevant trainings and meetings organized by the store management, and support regional stores.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Good team player.
• Excellent sales skills, connect with VIP clients.
• Good organization and coordination skills, excellent communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet close deadlines.
• Advanced computer program skills like Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
• Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Fluent in English is a plus.
• Personal interest in flatware, interior design, and luxury products.
