Process end-to-end sales and purchases transactions using in-house software (Archangel) for mechanical or engine-related repair jobs and supply of marine products and services to vessels.
Submit cost-effective quotations promptly to customers and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors
Coordinate with Production team for manpower utilization, logistics, variations and entry requirements
Finalize order summary and close the sales transaction for invoicing
Perform other jobs as maybe assigned
Qualifications Required
At least 3 years of indoor sales or commercial experience in the marine shipyard or shipping sector
Holds a diploma/degree in mechanical or electrical engineering studies
Proficient in sales and purchase processes using a software and able to work independently
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet customer requirements
With sense of urgency and good inter-personal skills
Immediately available candidates preferred
Willing to work on-site near Tuas West Road MRT, 5.25 days per week (Alternate Saturday)
