To assist the publicity and recruitment team in implementing initiatives to promote the services and programs of Boys’ Town Fostering Services (BTFS) as well as to recruit foster parents.
Job Responsibilities
Marketing
To coordinate and execute Foster Parents recruitment or outreach activities at various locations.
To create regular content and maintain the social media of BTFS.
To assist with the execution of the marketing plan to effectively market BTFS services and programmes.
To assist the Senior Executive with designing marketing materials and collaterals.
To assist and ensure that marketing materials and collaterals are kept properly and accounted for.
To participate in the quarterly review of foster parent recruitment strategies with the Head of BTFS.
To prepare key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools – post-event analysis, generate marketing-related reports.
Administration
To support and assist the Senior Executive with recruiting foster parents.
To assist the Senior Executive to facilitate the screening process of foster parent applicants.
To assist the Senior Executive in ensuring that all documentation relating to the Foster Parent Assessment Report is completed and filled in a timely manner.
To assist in enrolling newly approved foster parents for compulsory foster parent training.
To keep track of the marketing expenditure and ensure spending is within budget.
To process invoices and maintain tracking of expenses with the Finance department.
To coordinate and liaise with external parties such as vendors, suppliers, partner organizations, contractors and other professionals.
To assist in answering, forwarding and screening phone calls & following up with the public in relation to fostering matters in a professional manner.
To assist in tracking and documenting all inquiries from the public in a report format.
Any other assigned duties.
Requirements
A diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or a similar field.
Prior experience in Marketing Assistant related roles is preferred.
Some relevant experience with marketing software and tools such as Microsoft Excel, Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Premiere Pro is preferred.
