IT Security Manager

Responsibilities:

• Experienced in safeguarding Cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or Huawei Cloud.
• Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and plans.
• Conduct system security reviews against evolving threats.
• Manage vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and secure code reviews.
• Collaborate with IT teams to provide security consultancy and assurance.
• Lead IT security awareness training, phishing simulations, and incident response drills.
• Monitor and address security risks, alerts, and incidents; provide containment and mitigation.
• Research emerging security technologies to enhance Company’s security posture.
• Oversee security projects, procurement, and renewals; report on initiatives and incidents to management and regulatory bodies (CSA, MOE).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT with 6+ years in Cyber Security.
• Expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, SaaS) and frameworks (NIST, ISO27001, MTCS, PDPA).
• Certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, CREST, CEH) are a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with advanced security tools (EDR/XDR, IAM, PAM, ZTA, etc.).
• Team player with a proactive approach.
