Job Description :
Prepare proposals and contracts on behalf of managers to clients
Assist in daily pick up reports, weekly forecast and monthly presentation reports
Supervise all the input of revenue for all events in system, lost reports, tracing of activities etc.
Disseminate events related information to other departments
Attend all pre-conference meetings, as required, and assist in the preparation of post-conference reports
Perform related duties and special projects as assigned
Job Requirement :
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 year experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
Familiarity with the industry or market in which the company operates is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and other sales tools.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
