Job Descriptions

1. Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule to meet SLA and delivery schedule.
2. Ensure readiness and compliance of production workshop infrastructure, tools, equipment, processes, and personnel competency.
3. Developing and implementing cost-saving measures and quality control systems.
4. Collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager, Project Engineers, and Services Coordinators to obtain approved engineering documentation, customer requirements, and production schedules.
5. Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and speed.
6. Ensure all projects or services meet customer expectations.
7. Perform manpower planning to maximize departmental resources, delivery timelines, and risk management.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in instrumentation/mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant project management and technical experience in similar industry.
2. Knowledge in AutoCad and/or SolidWorks is an advantage.
3. Proficient in Microsoft 365 business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI).
