Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Coordination
- Assist in creating project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate meetings between clients, designers, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues.
2. Design Support
- Work closely with interior designers to translate concepts into actionable plans.
- Review design layouts, materials, and finishes to ensure alignment with the client’s vision.
- Research and source materials, furnishings, and fixtures.
3. Budget & Resource Management
- Assist in preparing and managing project budgets.
- Track expenses and ensure projects stay within financial parameters.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of project details, contracts, and approvals.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure all documentation complies with local regulations and codes.
5. Team Collaboration
- Act as the liaison between clients, designers, and contractors.
- Ensure smooth communication and resolve any conflicts or challenges.
- Support the team in achieving design and project goals.
Qualifications:
1. Diploma or Degree in related field
2. Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role in the construction industry.
3. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and standards.
4. Strong analytical mind and problem solving skill on site problems to avoid complication
5. Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline
