Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day general administrative and office support.
  • Handle correspondence, prepare documents, and manage office communications.
  • Perform filing, data entry, and maintenance of office records.
  • Handle Procurement / Finance related matters, e.g., raise budget memo for approval, raise purchase requests, goods receiving etc.
  • Logistic support for events such as roadshows, townhalls as required.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules for SRTT based on event and meeting requirements.
  • Travel Arrangements for SRTT engagement.
  • Any other administrative duties assigned.
  • Other exigencies of ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in any field with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge at Canva, video-editing, etc. will be an added advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
