Operation Executive / Senior Operation Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the site.
2. Deploy and supervise security officers to ensure smooth operations.
3. Conduct investigations and prepare detailed reports based on findings.
4. Provide on-the-job training tailored to the specific requirements of the client.
5. Support site security operations and assist in addressing complaints or operational issues.
6. Perform regular site checks and rounds to ensure staff are adhering to duties; engage with clients regularly to gather feedback.
7. Ensure timely updates and reporting on operational matters.
8. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive service.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. GCE 'O' or 'A' Levels, or a Diploma in any field. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
2. Background in customer service, uniformed services (e.g., police, investigations, army, or SCDF), or similar industries is a plus.
3. A valid PLRD license is required.
4. Personal transport is not mandatory.
5. Excellent communication skills and a personable, customer-oriented attitude.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
7. Able to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary.
