Assist HOD (EdTech) in coordinating ICT lessons, projects, and training programmes.
Assist in designing and planning developmentally appropriate ICT training programmes.
Preferably with training coding experience.
Recommend ICT equipment to support training programmes.
Assist to maintain ICT inventories and records including issue and loan of non-SSOE equipment.
Assist to prepare and setup ICT requirements for all school functions and meetings.
Support all staff in the usage of ICT equipment.
Assist in photography/videography for school events including multimedia projects assigned by the school.
Coordinate and work with the Desktop Engineers (DE) and any other ICT staff in the school.
Other duties assigned by HOD (EdTech) and ICT Associate/Manager.
AVA Matters:
Assist in AV matters for all school events.
Assist to maintain AV inventories and records including deployment of AV equipment to classrooms.
Other duties assigned by the HOD (EdTech) and ICT Associate/Manager.
The Personnel must be able to carry out the following INSTRUCTIONAL duties with minimum supervision:
Conduct structured ICT training for students to meet Baseline ICT Standards and use up-to-date ICT tools which promote Self-Directed Learning and Collaborative Learning in the training sessions.
Conduct training for ICT-related projects and programmes (e.g. prepare students for ICT tests (e.g. baseline tests) and National competitions).
Train students in the use of ICT and AV equipment.
