As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to enhance procurement efficiency and reduce costs.
2. Guide the sourcing team in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers.
3. Assess supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
4. Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and ensure procurement strategies align with organizational goals.
5. Oversee procurement budgets and forecasts to drive cost-effective purchasing decisions.
6. Integrate sustainable procurement practices to support environmental and social responsibility.
7. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

1. Possess a Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
