As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to enhance procurement efficiency and reduce costs.
- Guide the sourcing team in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers.
- Assess supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and ensure procurement strategies align with organizational goals.
- Oversee procurement budgets and forecasts to drive cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Integrate sustainable procurement practices to support environmental and social responsibility.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Possess a Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
