Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Supporting the new hire onboarding process.
  • Responsible for application & renewal of work pass for foreign workers.
  • Liaise with government authorities and agencies on employee related matters.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including confirmations and appraisals.
  • Provide a monthly costing report to Finance and other relevant parties.
  • Administer Employee Benefits such as claim and leave matters.
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing and yearly audit matters.
  • Liaise with insurer on insurance matters and support in yearly insurance renewals.
  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating training and development initiatives.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR and administrative processes
  • Assist with the MOM labour market survey and other statutory surveys
  • Support the daily operations of HR team.
  • Other duties, ad hoc HR projects and initiatives assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma / Degree in HRM, Business or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in full HR spectrum
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good knowledge in Employment Act, Government Tripartite Guidelines, HR Policies and Best Practices
  • Meticulous, detailed, well-organized, able to multi-task
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels
