Job description
Responsibilities
Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Supporting the new hire onboarding process.
Responsible for application & renewal of work pass for foreign workers.
Liaise with government authorities and agencies on employee related matters.
Facilitate performance management processes, including confirmations and appraisals.
Provide a monthly costing report to Finance and other relevant parties.
Administer Employee Benefits such as claim and leave matters.
Assist in monthly payroll processing and yearly audit matters.
Liaise with insurer on insurance matters and support in yearly insurance renewals.
Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures.
Coordinating training and development initiatives.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR and administrative processes
Assist with the MOM labour market survey and other statutory surveys
Support the daily operations of HR team.
Other duties, ad hoc HR projects and initiatives assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma / Degree in HRM, Business or equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ experience in full HR spectrum
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Good knowledge in Employment Act, Government Tripartite Guidelines, HR Policies and Best Practices
Meticulous, detailed, well-organized, able to multi-task
Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels
