Temporary Call Centre Assistants #6months #N3

We have various roles in UBI & Greenwich location for Call Centre Customer Service roles!

Job Scope:

  1. Attend to queries via phone call or emails
  2. Proactive in answering calls or replying to emails
  3. Training will be provided
  4. Working hours: UBI - 8:30am to 5:30pm (M-F) / 8:30am to 1pm (Sat); Greenwich: 10am to 2pm / 11am to 3pm (M-F); Training: 9am to 6pm

Requirements:
  1. Min A Level / Higher NITEC
  2. Proficient in email replying
  3. Comfortable & confident with handling calls, able to type & answer enquiries concurrently
