We have various roles in UBI & Greenwich location for Call Centre Customer Service roles!
Job Scope:
- Attend to queries via phone call or emails
- Proactive in answering calls or replying to emails
- Training will be provided
- Working hours: UBI - 8:30am to 5:30pm (M-F) / 8:30am to 1pm (Sat); Greenwich: 10am to 2pm / 11am to 3pm (M-F); Training: 9am to 6pm
Requirements:- Min A Level / Higher NITEC
- Proficient in email replying
- Comfortable & confident with handling calls, able to type & answer enquiries concurrently
