Then come in and join our ASEAN team as Talent Acquisition Consultant to support talent acquisition and recruitment activities. He/she will act as an advisor to hiring managers and be the brand ambassador of Siemens Healthineers.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will proofread job descriptions and create job postings to attract the right talent for the roles.
• You will screen and shortlist candidates to be presented to the hiring manager.
• You will assist in interview arrangements for the hiring manager and candidate.
• You will develop and maintain TA analytics dashboard. You will collect and interpret data to identify patterns and trends; translate into useful information for TA/ HR decision. You will monitor and ensure data quality in the dashboard.
• You will assist in organizing recruiting & employer branding events.
• You will advise HR and line management in recruitment-related matters.
• You will ensure that the recruiting process adheres to local related employment and labor regulations.

Your qualifications and experiences:

• You are passionate with great learning agility and a positive attitude.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and are a good team player.
• You have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• You can prioritize work for the best interest of the team.
• You have problem-solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks given.
• You have excellent organizational and planning skills.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel - with very strong Excel skills including developing complex formulas.
