Job Description:
We are currently looking for a meticulous and well-organized individual to join our team as Associate, Systems & Knowledge Management Administrator. You will support our division's data management efforts, including handling digital systems within AES, compiling reports, maintaining documentation filing systems, upholding our divisional web portal, overseeing document changes, and assisting in operational data consolidation for monthly performance reports.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of system reports (monthly, quarterly, and yearly);
- Maintenance of existing digital systems;
- Review systems for administrative processes to move towards automation;
- Assist in divisional budgeting and cost controls;
- Manage divisional staff allowance and sponsorship claims;
- Maintain the Division’s documentation filing system;
- Maintain the divisional web portal for documentation currency;
- Manage the divisional document change process;
- Assist in operational data consolidation and preparation of monthly performance reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder in Systems Engineering, Business Information Systems, Business Digitalisation, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Digitally savvy and willing to learn new digital tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Prior experience with programming languages like Python and HTML is advantageous.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with procurement systems, such as Sesami and SAP, is an advantage.
