Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily hostel operations and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Oversee staff alignment with philosophy, morale, and training.
• Support departmental meetings and manage budget and manpower.
• Step in as shift staff when needed and plan rosters effectively.
• Ensure compliance with hostel SOPs and coach staff on their roles.
• Oversee documentation, manage reports, and lead investigations.
• Support HOD in planning staff development and onboarding.
• Review and implement new processes as per Ministry requirements.
• Identify training for personal and team professional growth.
• Lead department-specific taskforces and initiatives.
• Represent the department in inter-departmental projects.
• Contribute to cross-division efforts to enhance operations.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma / Degree in Business Management or any relevant field.
• Min 2 years Management experience is a must.
• Experience in healthcare industry will be an advantage.
