Urgent! Process Engineer (PLC/ NPI/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical) JS27

Highlights:

• Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering
• Solidworks, AutoCAD

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop, configure and optimize processes from inception through to start-up and mass production.
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rate, yield & quality.
• Perform risk assessments and promote safe working practices and methodologies.
• Investigate and resolve work-in-process problems. Lead corrective and preventive actions, manage Engineering changes.
• Train and guide technicians and operators, prepare process control documents and work instructions.
• Assist in machine troubleshooting, liaise with suppliers and service providers for spares, services and maintenance of automated equipment, special purpose machines, etc.
• Assist NPI activities & Support projects: VAVE, CIP, Cost reduction, etc.
• Manage cost and time constraints.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering with manufacturing experience.
• Proven experience in process engineering and project management.
• 3-5 years in automated/semi-automated manufacturing; knowledge of PLC systems and troubleshooting.
• Advantageous: Experience in plastics injection molding.
• Proficient in problem-solving, analytics, technical reporting, and communication.
• Skilled in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and familiar with health and safety regulations.
